tap2send is operated by Zyzyva LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle data when you use tap2send.net.
When you create a list, you upload a CSV file containing contact information (names, phone numbers, email addresses, and any other columns you include). We also store the message templates you write.
Your data is used solely to generate and serve your tap-to-text list page. We do not:
List data is stored on Cloudflare's global network using their R2 (file storage) and Workers KV (metadata) services. Data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Cloudflare's infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II certified.
Free lists expire and become inaccessible 30 days after creation. All data (HTML files, contact information, message templates, and checkbox state) is permanently deleted within 60 days. You can delete your list immediately at any time using the delete button on the success page.
Anyone with the list URL can view the contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, and message templates on that page. Treat your list URL like a password — only share it with people you trust with the contact data.
tap2send does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. Checkbox state is stored server-side to enable shared progress tracking among list users.
You can delete your data at any time using the delete button. If you need assistance, contact us at the address below.
