tap2send is operated by Zyzyva LLC ("we", "us", "the service"). By using tap2send.net you agree to these terms.
tap2send generates shareable web pages that let people send pre-written text messages and emails to a list of contacts. We provide the tool — you are responsible for the content you create and the contacts you upload.
tap2send charges a one-time fee per list. All sales are final. Because your list is generated and delivered immediately upon payment and remains accessible at its URL for 30 days, we do not offer refunds. If you have a billing issue, contact us at josh@zyzyva.com and we'll do our best to help.
Free lists expire after 30 days and all data is permanently deleted within 60 days. You can delete a list immediately using the delete button. We do not guarantee backups or recovery of deleted data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZYZYVA LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US FOR THE SERVICE. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU IS ZERO.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from: your use or inability to use the service; unauthorized access to your data; messages sent using lists you created; or any third-party actions related to your use of the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zyzyva LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, including any claims related to the contacts you upload or messages you send.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
